Italian Flat Leaf Parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum) – 4–5 Inch Pot
Available in Jupiter, FL. at Urban Abundance.

Bright, bold, and beautifully versatile—Italian Flat Leaf Parsley is a must-have in any South Florida kitchen garden. With its deep green, flat leaves and intense flavor, this variety is preferred by chefs for cooking, garnishing, and juicing. A member of the Apiaceae family, it’s a cool-season biennial herb grown as an annual in our climate, thriving from fall through spring.

Sold in a 4–5 inch pot, this culinary classic is perfect for raised beds, herb spirals, or containers where it can shine in full sun and cooler temps.

Sunlight Needs: Full sun to light shade. 5–6 hours daily ensures rich flavor and compact growth.
Watering Needs: Moderate. Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.
Soil Requirements: Fertile, well-draining soil rich in compost. Ideal pH: 6.0–7.0.
Growth Habit: Upright, leafy rosette. Grows 12–18 inches tall and wide.
Harvest Timing: Ready for light harvesting 3–4 weeks after transplant. Harvest outer leaves regularly to encourage new growth.
Cold Tolerance: Excellent for South Florida’s dry season.
Special Features:

  • Flavorful herb ideal for sauces, soups, salads, and more

  • High in vitamins A, C, and K

  • Attracts beneficial insects like hoverflies

  • Grows well in beds, pots, and herb boxes

South Florida Notes: Italian parsley loves our fall-through-spring window and is less likely to bolt in cooler temps. Provide afternoon shade during early warm spells. Regular harvesting promotes fuller, leafier plants. Avoid soggy soil and crowding.

Next steps after purchase:

  • Transplant into well-drained, compost-rich soil in full sun

  • Space 8–12 inches apart

  • Water regularly to keep soil moist, especially in dry spells

  • Harvest outer stems to prolong the growing season

  • Let a few plants flower in spring to attract pollinators or save seed

This is a biennial herb typically grown as an annual—it produces lush foliage in its first year, then flowers and sets seed in its second if left in the ground.

This is the ONLY paper that works well with SP-1
Style: 100ct
This is the only paper that works well with the Brother SP-1 sublimation printer. The instructions on using the paper are a little weird, but as long as the cut corner remains in the lower right of the printer tray, you'll be okay. I can't say that there's a lot of consistency in printing with this paper. Sometimes photos I've printed for items look really great, other times the photos are quite muted. This is a CMYK printer, which means you won't see the vibrant colors you see on your computer monitor. Often a red-boost in saturation in PS will help with some of that problem. The other issue is there's no real color management profile defined if you're printing directly from Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Even if you use matching CMYK colors in your artwork, don't expect those colors to work in sublimation. For simple artwork, with few color gradations, this seems to work pretty well. So, if you have an SP-1, this is the only paper you should use.

Amazing product!
Set name: Sublimation Printer, Set name: Sublimation Printer
All I can say is "WOW". I was skeptical about changing over from my Sawgrass to another brand of sublimation printers. But now I wish I started here from the start! Not only does this machine cost a good amount less with the same paper sizes and options as my SG500 but the ink is cheaper per cartridge and 11ml larger than the standard 30ml I am use to. Set up was super easy, as well as the connection. My prints are bold, bright, and beautiful. I am amazed! I am thankful that the details in the prints show through no matter what material I am pressing on. As a business owner, I need a good, efficient printer that doesn't cost more than the product I am selling. I can't wait to continue using my machine. I have not run into any maintenance issue and can not speak on anything of that as of now. Attached photos; however, my camera did not do it justice.
